Handle a large volume of calls
Strong phone, active listening and overall communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proven sales and customer support experience
Our biggest goal is to ensure husband and wife are present during the sales appointment
Experience in the home service industry in similar role is preferred.
Manage schedules and route planning for multiple salesmen
Good computer skills, Microsoft Office
Experience in SalesForce is preferred
