  • Full-Time

  • 8 Hour Shifts 

  • Monday - Friday 

  • Saturdays will be shared among the team


  • Handle a large volume of calls 

  • Strong phone, active listening and overall communication skills 

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 

  • Proven sales and customer support experience 

  • Our biggest goal is to ensure husband and wife are present during the sales appointment

  • Experience in the home service industry in similar role is preferred. 

  • Manage schedules and route planning for multiple salesmen 

  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office 

  • Experience in SalesForce is preferred

  • Passing Pre-Employment Background and Drug Screen

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
