Pay:

Earn $80k-$100k Salary + Bonuses

Hours: 

• Full-Time

• Monday - Friday 

• Usually, every other Saturday is required

Important Skills: 

• Spanish & English Speaking Strongly Preferred. 

• Time management skills, needed to manage multiple projects 

• Good communication skills in dealing with subcontractors and clients 

• Drivers License is Required with a clean driving record

• Experience in; Shingle, Torch, Tile & Single Ply Roofing  

• Previous field supervision experience (Highly Preferred)

• Passing Pre-Employment Background and Drug Screen

Summary:

We are searching for a Field Supervisor who is extremely organized, has excellent communication skills, and pays close attention to detail. 

Field supervisors manage anywhere from 3-6 projects on a weekly basis. They are responsible for quality assurance, material ordering, customer relations, and ensuring the job site is clean and presentable. This position does not do any roofing work, they are only responsible for managing the projects.
